General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The chest pain you describe is typical of a heart problem so it is safer for you to have a visit and an ECG to rule it out. You can in the meanwhile use sublingual (under the tongue) nitroglicerine to help with the pain and try to avoid heavy exercise or exercise/activities that aggravate the pain.
Please see your doctor as soon as possible to prevent any possible heart attack if the heart is the reason for the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
